Refund policy

At SmartKiddo, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as opened or used products may not be eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/video), and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
